We often work with highly regulated industries requiring designed materials to go through legal review and approval to go to market. Our project managers are Veeva certified, allowing us to submit artwork for legal review. We are experienced across application platforms used to submit materials, receive feedback from the review committee, and receive approval to package files and distribute them to the appropriate destination(s).

Thanks to our quality assurance processes, we have an impressively low rate of kickbacks when submitting materials to legal review. This means iterations are at a minimum and the materials get approvals quickly, allowing for the finished product to get to market faster.

We offer photography and photo retouching services to streamline creative continuity through your images. Many pieces we work on, like brochures and annual reports, benefit from this.

Our designers are brilliant when it comes to color correction, resizing, photo manipulation, and enhancements.

Our photography partners are professional, punctual, and take the highest quality shots intended for the pieces to which they belong.

While proofreading is part of our embedded internal quality assurance processes, we also have professional, industry-related proofreaders that review highly regulated materials prior to legal submission. It is crucial that we have the best eyes looking over every letter, space, and punctuation mark. Our writers can also put together just the right words to help with your message when needed.

Our skilled writers can make your messaging pop. Whether it is industry related, or general material where copywriter assistance is needed, we can help. Project Managers are involved to keep the project on track, also acting as a liaison between client and copywriters to ensure optimal results.

While we shine brightest when we are given direction, we are still open to concepting. Though we do not specialize in market research or strategic marketing, we are still able to assist with helping you get your ideas flowing.

We all know a picture is worth a thousand words, but a vector illustration is worth millions! Rev One’s talented designers love creating vector art.  We focus on being able to replicate, recreate, or create the more simple illustrations that are necessary for the majority of our client's materials, though we can also create them.

We are often asked to “redraw” artwork that no longer has its original files, whether that’s line art for Information for Use documents, drawings for manuals, or illustrations on medical devices. Because these requests are frequent, we've improved our speed and accuracy at doing these types of illustrations to optimize our timing on these projects. Don't get us wrong, though: we enjoy the occasional job that allows our creative minds to explore building from scratch.

We have often worked with clients on packaging who were interested in seeing how the finished product would look with different design options. This is where our 3D rendering capabilities come in. Skipping the time and expense for physical mock ups, we show you our ideas as if they were photos. This makes it easier to decide which packaging design is best. This also applies to creating customized promotional materials.  We can create files (.step) that allow for the production of molds to customize and create new promotional materials.

Our PMs have a solid understanding of our clients' expectations, thanks to their strong relationships, so they know how their clients like things to get done, even anticipating their needs.

We understand that not everything is ink on paper these days, so our designers are all knowledgeable in how to execute print and digital designs.

For Print - we have creative files for: brochures, business to consumer collateral, business to business collateral, business to patient collateral, packaging, signage, and much more.

For Digital - we have converted countless materials that were originally printed to digital files. We can construct informational websites, HTML email templates, design professional and/or fun Zoom backgrounds. We even love to help with PowerPoint presentations. We also partner with very talented designers to build more robust sites.

Our revision management process expedites production updates allowing for rapid speed-to-market at cost-efficient prices while maintaining rigorous quality assurance measures.
